Primary Care
NHS Warrington CCG has assumed delegated responsibility from NHS England to commission GP primary care services for the residents of Warrington.
The Primary Care Commissioning Committee has been established in accordance with statutory provisions to enable members to make collective decisions on the review, planning and procurement of primary care services in Warrington, under the delegated authority from NHS England.
The Committee will act as a sub-committee of the Governing Body.
Public Meetings
The Primary Care Commissioning Committee meets bi-monthly and will be held in public. Each time the committee meets we will publish the agenda and papers for the meeting at least three working days in advance. All members of the press and public are welcome to observe the meeting. Questions can be posed to the Primary Care Commissioning Committee; these must be submitted three working days before the meeting is held.
