NHS Halton CCG and NHS Warrington CCG have individual Governing Bodies. The main function of a Governing Body is to ensure that the CCG has arrangements in place to exercise its functions effectively, efficiently and economically and in accordance with any generally accepted principles of good governance that are relevant. On occasion, joint Governing Body meetings are held if the information and topics are relevant to both organisations.
Governing Body meetings take place every month and members of the public are welcome to attend or to submit any questions prior to the meetings.
